Which size Posterhanger should I choose for my poster?
Measure the width of your poster and choose the Posterhanger size that corresponds to the width of your poster. For example: If your poster meaures 24 inches wide then choose the 24" Posterhanger. If your poster is 36 inch wide, choose 36" Posterhanger. If your poster is in between sizes, choose the next Posterhanger size up. For more info please see: How It Works
How much is shipping?
USA: $7.95 flat (Free for orders of $75 or more)
Canada: $29.95 flat
International (rest of world): $39.95 flat for any size order
Orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
When will I receive my order?
Most US orders arrive within 2-4 days.
Canada and International orders will arrive in 1-2 weeks.
All orders ship by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (depending on size)

How do I return an item for exchange or refund?
The best way to make an exchange is to simply place a new order (via our online store) for the item you want. Then return the unwanted item when it's convenient for you and we will issue a refund once we receive it back. To request a refund, please contact us for return instructions. We offer a 90 day return policy.
